After qualifying from The Middlesex Hospital in London and completing a hydrotherapy diploma in Bath, Sarah returned to London to work at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead.
Since moving to Suffolk in 1977, Sarah practised in a variety of settings; within the NHS as Deputy Superintendent at The West Suffolk Hospital, in industry for ICI Paints, Unilever and EDF, and in independent practice before establishing Woolpit Physio in 1992. The practice expanded in 2008 to become today’s Woolpit & Stowmarket Physio.
Sarah’s caseload covers a broad spectrum of musculo-skeletal disorders and her continuous professional development reflects this wide scope of practice. Her particular interests are occupational health, gym based rehabilitation and adolescent sports injuries. Sarah has a weekly clinic at Culford School for staff, students and sports scholars.
Beyond physio, Sarah enjoys walking, cycling, gardening and weekends in Normandy.
